Along with our well known line of respected product brands, Toner Sales & Service also prides itself on high quality, competent service.  Our factory trained technicians service most brands of office equipment from copiers to printers and facsimiles and are HP, Sharp, and OKI authorized.  Equipped with electronic PDA's for quicker dispatching, your company will be completely satisfied with our fast response time.  As a value-added service, loaner copiers will be provided to all maintenance contract customers if a machine cannot be repaired within 24 hours. 

Personal Services

We offer online ordering of supplies and placing service calls for your office on our website.  If you prefer, you may also call in your orders.  All incoming calls at Toner Sales & Service are answered by a live person (no touch tone automation).  We also offer free next day local delivery within southeastern Wisconsin on all supply orders over $50.

Online Services

Our customized customer web portal provides our customers with secure, remote access on the areas such as meter readings, machine and service call history, electronic contracts, and summary billings for a specified period of time.  This allows you to keep close track of all aspects of your purchase history with our company right from your office.

We are proud to offer free ongoing training on all Sharp digital imagers purchased through Toner Sales & Service, at no additional charge!  Whether you want continued in-depth training or hire a new employee, your company can count on us for this ongoing education.
